Job summary

Dexis is seeking a Deputy Team Lead to support anticipated programming with the Department of State (DOS). This role provides policy direction and oversight in international security, FMF and IMET, and requires an active Secret Clearance.

The position is contingent upon contract award. The role encompasses program management, leadership, stakeholder liaison, data analysis, evaluation design, and ensuring the achievement of program results.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline such as international relations or defense policy.
• At least five years of relevant program management experience.
• At least three years of foreign or security assistance analytic experience.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with FMF/IMET or security cooperation policies is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team Lead with strategic vision, work plans, and stakeholder liaison for FMF/IMET.
• Provide technical oversight to knowledge management, monitoring, evaluation, and capacity building activities.
• Conduct research and analyze program data to identify trends.
• Develop country reports and annual assessments.
• Manage performance monitoring tasks for FMF and IMET and participate in evaluations.
• Contribute to design of evaluation methodologies and data verification.
