Job summary

Dexis is seeking a Construction and Engineer, Program Design Specialist to provide operational support to the U.S. Department of State, ensuring the effective delivery of engineering and construction projects.

This role requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with responsibilities including risk management, monitoring and evaluation of projects, and adherence to U.S. Government standards.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience leading complex U.S. Government task orders.
• Strong leadership and project management skills for multiple large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. Government construction standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support engineering assessments for complex construction programs.
• Oversee program design including Design-Bid-Build methodologies.
• Ensure QA/QC and code compliance across multiple projects.
