Job description

Join to apply for the Deputy Site Manager role at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Perform a wide range of responsibilities to safeguard sensitive and classified information for both company and government entities. Provide oversight and management of mission support requirements, including facilities, food service, vehicle maintenance, and property. Supervise preventative and routine facilities maintenance, including enhancing facility improvements and expediting repairs. Cultivate and sustain partnerships with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to enhance collaboration and ensure alignment with project objectives. Develop and implement site-specific plans and schedules, assist with budgets, monitor project progress, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Operate independently while guiding and supervising team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in leadership, including leading cross-functional teams in food service, facilities, property, and vehicle maintenance.
  2. 3+ years of experience in project management.
  3. 1+ years managing a varied team of contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors within a contractual environment, including quality control and safety standards.
  4. Experience in multicultural environments and regulations through teamwork and social interactions.
  5. Knowledge of Performance Work Statement (PWS) compliance.
  6. Knowledge of government property, procurement regulations, and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  7. Knowledge of employee relations, evaluation processes, performance documentation, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
  8. Ability to travel up to 90% to austere locations in South Asia.
  9. Secret clearance.
  10. Bachelor’s degree.

  1. Experience leading teams of varied populations and cultures.
  2. Experience in the military.
  3. Ability to de-conflict and manage competing requirements.
  4. Ability to gather, consolidate, and organize strategic requirements.
  5. Effective communication skills with stakeholders from contractors to senior military and civilian management.
  6. Excellent presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Master's degree.
  8. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Clearance: Secret clearance required; candidates will undergo a security investigation.

Compensation: Salary ranges from $86,800 to $198,000 annually, based on various factors including location, education, skills, and experience. Benefits include health, life, disability, retirement, paid leave, professional development, and more.

Work Model: Flexible, with options for remote, hybrid, or onsite work depending on the role.
