Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC seeks a Deputy Project Manager for the NNIBIN NNCTC to oversee on-site contractor personnel and support daily operations. The role requires leadership to ensure tasks are completed, schedules kept, and issues resolved with the Contract PM and government personnel.

The candidate will coordinate interviews, staffing, and workload management while maintaining QA/QC plans to meet contract requirements and deliver successful services to domestic and international clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; work experience may substitute with approval from ATF.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support the onsite Project Manager in daily operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct interviews for the NNCTC location.
• Coordinate activities of assigned Contractor employees and establish schedules.
• Provide oversight and management to ensure duties are accomplished, including during overload situations.
• Lead meetings with Contract PM, COR, and NNCTC personnel to review project activities and resolve issues.

The Deputy Project Manager – National Integrated Ballistics Information Network (NIBIN) National Correlation and Training Center (NNCTC) “NNCTC-Deputy PM” serves as an on-site Manager for assigned contractor personnel working under this contract at the NNCTC.The manager is responsible for supporting the oversight of daily operations of the contractor personnel.

Responsibilities:

Support the onsite Project Manager in the successful execution of daily operations that include but are not limited to:

• Planning, coordinating, and conducting interviews for the NNCTC location.
• Planning and coordinating the activities of the assigned Contractor employees.
• Establishing employee schedules and coordinating priorities.
• Assisting in providing replacement personnel.
• Provide oversight and management of all assigned Contractor staff to ensure their duties are accomplished in work overload situations.
• Conducting meetings as needed with the Contract PM, the COR and the NNCTC Government personnel to discuss project activities, schedules, workloads, potential problems and their resolution.
• Assisting all other assigned Contractor staff to accomplish their duties in work overload situations.
• Ensuring that Contractor staff has the tools necessary to accomplish their duties independently.
• Ensuring sufficient Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans are in place for the NNCTC to successfully complete their services/requirements under this contract.

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass Agency Clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/college. Work experience may be substituted for the educational requirements with prior approval from ATF.
