Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is hiring a Deputy Project Leader for an on-site role in Manassas, VA. You will lead project planning and budgeting, coordinate telecommunications systems integration, and support a multi-disciplinary team on complex infrastructure programs.

5+ years in telecom integration or electrical contracting plus a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management. TSA/SCI eligibility required for future access; on-site travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a telecommunications integrator or electrical contractor.
• Experience on telecom and electronic security projects from $500k to $10M.
• Reviewing contract drawings, specs, addenda, RFIs and submittals.
• 4+ years in Federal Aviation, Government Airports, Higher Education or transit projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve construction issues and ensure project execution.
• Understand Telecom Systems including Fiber Optic, Structured Cabling, CCTV, DAS.
• Coordinate procurement and track materials, equipment, and resources.
• Support day-to-day project operations and meet deadlines.
