Qualifications

• BS (Preferred EE or Industry related degree) with 5+ years of progressive experience.
• Must be eligible for U.S. Citizenship and Top Secret clearance.
• Experience in construction projects ranging from $500k to $10M; familiarity with contract drawings, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of a project or sub-section of a project.
• Identify change orders and ensure effective resolution.
• Plan and monitor cash flow against cash expenses.
• Maintain as-builts as work is completed; document project issues/conditions.
• Plan and execute project completion and punch list.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Confer with owners, contractors, and design professionals to resolve issues.
• Travel to CONUS project locations as needed.
