Job summary

Science Applications International Corp. seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead multi-program intelligence community efforts across CONUS/OCONUS sites. You will interface with Government CO/COR, oversee contractor staff, and drive plans spanning scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph ability, a related degree, and 14+ years in national security program management. Travel and leadership of diverse teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI is required to be considered for this role.
• Ability to obtain a polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
• 14+ years of overall related experience.
• Seven (7) years of experience providing management support on programs within the IC, DoD, or a closely related national security environment.
• Five (5) years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, including direct oversight of personnel in a classified environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contractor interface to the Government CO, COR, and leadership for contractual, financial, technical, and programmatic matters.
• Provide management support and oversight of contractor and subcontractor personnel across all program functional areas.
• Support developing and executing program management plans covering scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality, and communications across the full period of performance.
• Support management of contract financials, including budget tracking, expenditure forecasting, and cost control.
• Support staffing strategy and execution, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and surge staffing of TS/SCI CI and FS Polygraph-cleared personnel.

SAIC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to provide management, direction, staffing and leadership support for all contractor activities performed under multiple Intelligence Community programs. This position is the primary point of contact and will provide accountability across the program portfolio.

Work is performed on multiple sites in CONUS/OCONUS location with travel as required.

The Deputy Program Manager will be responsible for:

Target salary range: $140,001 - $180,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
