Job summary

FEDITC, LLC. in Springfield, VA is seeking a Program Manager to lead the DHS NCCS 2.0 program and drive enterprise IT services, cybersecurity operations, and program governance.

The role requires a United States citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. PMP/CISSP certifications are preferred. You will oversee cost, schedule, and performance while coordinating with DHS, contractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience managing large Federal IT/cybersecurity programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across NCCS 2.0 activities, ensuring integrated execution of IT services and staffing.
• Oversee cost, schedule, performance, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as senior contractor contact to DHS CO, COR, and stakeholders.
• Maintain 24x7x365 service delivery with Tier 1/2/3 support and escalation planning.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing plans, and surge staffing as needed.
• Oversee subcontractors and financial performance, reporting, and budgeting.
