Job summary

Swift in Chantilly, VA seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary IT program focused on application development, O&M, UI design, security assessment, cloud management, and project execution. You will assist the Program Manager, manage day-to-day operations, resources, and deliverables within timelines.

The role requires 5+ years in complex IT programs within the Intelligence Community, strong governance and risk management, and a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT programs or systems in the Intelligence Community.
• 5+ years of experience designing, documenting, and implementing enterprise operational teams.
• Experience with governance, risk management, and RACI frameworks in government contracting.
• US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Bring programmatic discipline to management of complex IT systems with clear milestones and risk tracking.
• Coordinate across engineering teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure cohesive execution.
• Guard sensitive data with discretion, following policies and classification requirements.
• Gather, vet, and document technical requirements for IT programs and mission focus.
• Lead technical teams, guide decision-making, and mentor staff for continuity.
• Cross-skill and backfill to sustain operations and resilience across programs.
• Utilize Office 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, and Teams for program operations and collaboration.
• Deliver concise briefings and status updates to Customer personnel at all levels.
