Qualifications

• 5+ years leading federal agency small business program functions, preferably within the DOD Space.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams and/or multiple functional areas in a federal program environment.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder-facing federal program roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract execution in the PM’s absence.
• Provide program oversight aligned to OSBP mission priorities.
• Coordinate performance reports with OSBP stakeholders.
