Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC. in Tampa, FL seeks a Deputy Program Manager to support the Program Manager in contract operations, coordinate day-to-day activities, and act as PM when needed.

The role focuses on planning, organizing, and oversight to ensure mission requirements and contractual obligations are met. The DPM will work with Government stakeholders, ensure performance, manage staffing and security processing, prepare executive reports, and maintain communications with COR/CO.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 7+ years managerial DoD/government experience; 3+ years in operational-level roles.
• 10+ years intelligence analysis or SOF operations management.
• PM/PgMP certification; DAU/DAWIA preferred.
• Strong leadership and executive-level customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities, staffing, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders, technical leads, subcontractors, and contractor personnel.
• Monitor contract performance and implement process improvements to enhance effectiveness.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, security processing, and personnel replacements.
• Prepare executive reports, operational metrics, and contract status updates.
• Maintain communication with the COR, CO, and Government leadership.
• Be available during standard and after-hours as mission requirements dictate.
• Ensure continuity of operations with current contact information.
