TheDeputy Program Managerreports to the Project Director and is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project by both the Contractor and the Design Team. They spend significant time in the field, monitoring progress and proactively identifying potential issues before they affect the project’s budget or schedule. The Deputy Program Manager holds both the Contractor and Design Team accountable, assisting with and/or suggesting resolutions. They are also in charge of Change Management, overseeing and recommending approval for Construction Change Directives and Change Orders.
