Mayvin is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager- Mid to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center located in Crane, IN. Must be a US citizen with an active Secret clearance.

This position is on-site with hybrid options and contingent upon award of contract, located at Crane, IN. Responsibilities include directing overall program planning, organization, and execution across major, multi-year efforts; guiding technical approaches; and defining resources, milestones, schedules, and budgets

Responsibilities

• Program management for major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives with significant agency needs.
• Oversee multi-year programs divided into sub-programs/tasks.
• Define, organize, and direct short- and long-range plans for the program.
• Formulate, guide, and direct the technical approach; negotiate with agency personnel for necessary resources.
• Establish and control milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs.
