Description

Brillient Corporation is seeking a dynamic and innovative Deputy Program Manager with exceptional management and people skills. This position requires technical acumen to oversee a complex, multi-disciplinary program and the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of program personnel. As the Deputy Program Manager, you will be the key liaison between Brillient Corporation and a government client, ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual obligations. This role is essential for driving the success of contract execution and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

· Proven experience managing a high-dollar program, project, or contract (over $200 million lifecycle).

· Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and coordinate planning and implementation of project activities.

· Presentation and public speaking skills.

· Experience addressing operational concerns, monitoring overall customer satisfaction, developing and implementing operational policies, and analyzing training needs.

· Knowledge of records management; Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

· Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Excellent time management skills to plan, manage, and coordinate program functions.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years comprehensive program management experience
  • 5 years comprehensive program management experience on a government contract
  • PMP
  • Experience overseeing $200 million dollars/+ in a single contract value
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
  • Manufacturing Management Background

Additional Preferred Skills:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for client contacts, maintaining strong and collaborative relationships.

· Experience working in environments with ISO and CMMI certifications.

· Ability to motivate a large workforce (500+) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience in Lean environments.

· Collaborate with analytics to apply appropriate resources while maintaining high quality.

· Identify and mitigate risks to ensure continuity of operations.

· Monitor schedules, risk management, performance metrics, and cost control.

· Develop and execute program strategies to drive contract expansion and future business growth.

· Prepare and present program reviews, reports, and updates to senior leadership both internal to Brillient and to the client.

· Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
