Our warfighters are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security from the increasingly sophisticated and complex threats of our adversaries.

CACI programs thrive in a culture of innovation and are constantly seeking individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural at the team and portfolio levels. The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial.

Responsible for managing projects being executed by CACI and any sub-vendors to ensure ability to effectively manage cost, schedule, and performance.

What You’ll Get to Do

As Deputy Program Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful execution of IAC MAC Task Orders in support of the Navy. You will support the Program Manager in managing all aspects of contract performance, ensuring technical, financial, and schedule objectives are met across multiple delivery orders.

You’ll provide leadership and direction for the planning, coordination, and execution of project activities. This includes developing and maintaining project plans, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring alignment with contractual requirements. You’ll serve as a critical liaison among the Program Manager, government stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams.

In this role, you will lead integrated project teams within a matrixed environment—driving milestones, resolving issues, and communicating progress through reports and briefings to senior leadership. You will also support resource acquisition, financial oversight, and performance tracking, helping ensure high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Your ability to think strategically, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be essential to driving program success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting overall contract execution by coordinating tasks, deliverables, and timelines across delivery orders.

  • Facilitating project meetings and status reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Tracking and managing Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and project documentation.

  • Assisting with contract and project closeout activities, ensuring all records and reports are accurately maintained.

  • Serving as a key point of contact for DoD customers, providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure project alignment with mission needs.

  • Collaborating on acquisition planning and procurement, including conducting market research, preparing estimates, and tracking purchases.

  • Monitoring vendor and subcontractor performance to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with contract terms.

  • Supporting socioeconomic goals by promoting opportunities for small businesses and other disadvantaged firms where appropriate.

  • You will be expected to manage technical performance, maintain cost and schedule adherence, and contribute to customer satisfaction through effective planning, communication, and execution.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project or program management.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting or managing projects under IAC MAC Task Orders.

  • Active DoD Secret clearance (or higher).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create and present technical documentation and project status reports.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

  • Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
