Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Deputy Logistics Program Manager to own the sustainment analysis and provisioning for our DoD acquisition programs. This role translates high-level strategies into concrete field delivery, with accountability for data, baselines, and customer results.

You will lead end-to-end IPS elements, build cost and performance models, and partner with the LPM to shape LCSP, while coordinating with government stakeholders and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of acquisition logistics or DoD program management experience.
• End-to-end ownership of at least two IPS elements on a DoD or government program.
• Knowledge of the 12 IPS elements and DoD product support policy.
• Experience authoring logistics CDRLs against DIDs.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Technical Baseline by authoring and owning the sustainment CDRL suite.
• Manage day-to-day repair-and-return pipelines and provisioning baselines.
• Identify gaps, build SOPs, trackers, and data standards.
• Partner with the LPM to build LCSP and Product Support analyses.
• Drive O&S costs, analyze performance, and interface with government stakeholders.
