Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Logistics Program Manager to oversee end-to-end DoD logistics deployments from acquisition through sustainment in support of national security missions. This role requires coordinating across engineering, operations, and government stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with contract terms.

The successful candidate will manage lifecycle logistics, develop SOPs, and drive process improvements while navigating complex government programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressively complex operations and program management experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Strong leadership, planning, scheduling, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead & scale logistics operations from initial acquisition through post-deployment sustainment.
• Create, manage, and coordinate CDRLs to meet contractual and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate logistics into product development and deployment strategies.
• Develop SOPs and processes to drive operational excellence across deployments.
• Engage stakeholders and manage proposals, budgets, and contract terms.
