Job summary

Leidos seeks a Deputy Logistics and Inventory Operations Manager to lead AFNCR logistics, warehouse, and IT asset management across multiple sites. You will oversee IT asset lifecycles, ensure DoD compliance, and coordinate daily logistics support for mission-critical IT services in the AFNCR region.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in IT operations or logistics, strong leadership, and experience with ITSM, CMDBs, and government property systems. Secret or higher clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Logistics or related field with relevant experience.
• 8+ years IT operations, logistics, warehouse or asset management experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in IT operations or federal contract environments.
• Experience with ITSM platforms, CMDBs, asset tracking tools, and government systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service delivery, reporting, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AFNCR logistics, warehouse, and IT asset management operations.
• Coordinate IT hardware lifecycle tracking and DoD/Air Force compliance.
• Lead end-to-end inventory and asset accountability across multiple sites.
• Manage warehouse activities: receiving, stock, staging, packing, shipping.
• Prepare operational reports and executive-level briefings.
• Identify risks, gaps and implement mitigations.
• Act as deputy during absences to ensure continuity.
