Job summary

Anduril Industries in Irvine, CA is seeking a Deputy Logistics Program Manager to lead developmental logistics for the GBAD I-CsUAS program. You will oversee deployment, inventory management across 34 Marine Corps sites CONUS and OCONUS, and coordinate with product, engineering, logistics, and program teams.

The role requires DoD logistics expertise, experience with CDRLs, LSPs, and security clearances, and will involve travel and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced defense

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of complex operations and program management experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels and departments.
• Customer-focused, able to work self-initiated and in a team, travel as required.
• Expertise in DoD product support strategies, CDRLs, and DoD regulations.
• Experience with LORA, SERD, LMI and/or spare analysis.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as Deputy to the Logistics Program Manager from initial acquisition through post-deployment sustainment.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, logistics, and program teams to integrate logistics into design and delivery.
• Assist with creation and delivery of CDRLs, including LSPs, LORAs, SSPCLs, and IUID Plans.
• Systematically manage forward-deployed inventory for 34 sites CONUS and OCONUS; mirror assets in systems.
• Support milestones and proposal efforts with logistics expertise.
• Assist planning and development of new site deployment actions across logistics functions.
• Interact with internal and external reps to resolve technical and scheduling issues.
• Manage development and security of proprietary technology and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Develop and refine SOPs and processes to drive operational excellence and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with DoD regulations and customer policies.
