  • Act as Deputy to the Logistics Program Manager from acquisition through post-deployment sustainment.
  • Coordinate across product, engineering, logistics, and program teams to integrate logistics considerations into design and delivery.
  • Assist with creation, management, and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) including LSPs, LORAs, SSPCLs, IUID Plans, and other Logistics Data.
  • Systematically manage forward-deployed inventory to support contracts across 34 installations CONUS/OCONUS.
  • Support logistics at milestones and during proposals, including planning site deployments.
  • Assist in developing new site deployment actions across all logistics functions.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical and scheduling issues; serve as secondary logistics contact.
  • Develop and ensure security of proprietary technology and maintain confidentiality.

The Mission Readiness team at Anduril manages the developmental logistics, deployment, and sustainment of the critical GBAD I-CsUAS program. Based in Irvine, CA, this rapidly growing team is currently driving the rollout, inventory management, and maintenance coordination for 34 Marine Corps sites worldwide. Their work is crucial to Anduril's mission, ensuring cutting-edge national security technologies are successfully deployed on time and remain fully mission-capable in the field.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Deputy Logistics Program Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for a critical integrated logistics support program manager role for our GBAD I-CsUAS program. This individual will assist with all developmental logistics efforts, with a strong emphasis on the deployment, management, and sustainment of 34 sites across the Marine Corps. This includes, but is not limited to, deliverables such as Logistics Support Plans (LSP), inventory management, site inventories, corrective and preventive maintenance coordination, detailed deployment planning, and to act as the Deputy Logistics Program Manager for the Program.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Act as the Deputy to the Logistics Program Manager from initial acquisition through post-deployment sustainment, ensuring that all logistical elements are executed seamlessly.
  • Coordinate across product, engineering, logistics, and program teams to integrate logistics considerations and best practices into design, development, and delivery.
  • Assist with the creation, management, and delivery of critical Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), including LSPs, LORAs, SSPCLs, IUID Plans, and various Logistics Product Data Summaries.
  • Systematically manage forward-deployed inventory to support ongoing customer contracts, sustainment operations, and maintenance activities across 34 Installations both CONUS and OCONUS. Ensure physical hardware status, both GFE and non-GFE assets, are accurately mirrored within systems.
  • Support and provide logistics expertise at program milestones (eg. Post Award Conferences, Provisioning Conference, Critical Design Reviews) and proposal efforts.
  • Assist the planning and development of new site deployment actions across all logistics functions.
  • Interact with internal and external representatives at various levels concerning resolution of technical and scheduling issues. Act as secondary point of contact for Logistics/Sustainment program issues.
  • Manage the development of and ensure the security of proprietary technology and maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in the Development and refinement of SOPs and processes that drive operational excellence, efficiency, and consistency across deployments.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD regulations, customer policies, and DoD
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or a related technical field. Equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education. 5+ years of progressively complex operations and program management experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with other departments, all levels of management, professional and support staff, customers, potential customers, and government representatives.
  • Customer focused - must be able to work on a self-initiated basis and in a team environment and able to work extended hours and travel, as required.
  • Expertise in DoD product support strategies and policies, CDRLs, and DoD regulations.
  • Experience with LORA, SERD, LMI and/or spare analysis.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in / with DoD Contracting and direct US Government or Military program offices is desired.
  • Government proposal experience is desired.
US Salary Range

$112,000 — $149,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
