Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from law school as per Rule 205.1 of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure
• Performance rating of "meets standard" or above as a county court attorney
• Rating of "meets standard" or above for promotion to district court

Licenses and Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License with insurance, review of motor vehicle record required
• Successful completion of a criminal background check, including fingerprinting
