Job summary

The Gates Foundation is seeking a Deputy Director, TB Delivery, to support the HIV & TB Delivery portfolio in Seattle. You will report to the Director, HIV & TB Delivery, integrating with cross-functional teams to advance TB/HIV priorities and strengthen global health partnerships.

You will oversee grants and investments, guide strategy, and mentor colleagues while collaborating across a matrixed organization to accelerate impact in low-resource settings.

Qualifications

Advanced degree with strong quantitative training and field experience.
At least 10 years in delivery or program management in global health.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex portfolios.

Responsibilities

Lead innovations in TB delivery strategies and partnerships.
Plan and execute grants, contracts, and research initiatives.
Develop investment plans and budgets with senior leadership.
Manage internal processes, reporting, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with global partners to advance TB/HIV priorities.
