Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work of staff; provide feedback and development.
• Lead hiring/on-boarding and procurement for consultant staff.
• Develop and manage program budgets and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with laws, agency policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate construction activities with other divisions and outside agencies.
• Mentor staff and promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
