The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Deputy Director, Business Strategy, Culture, and Operations to join the Business Unit Leadership Team. This role translates strategy into actionable plans and ensures resources, priorities, and processes align to deliver conservation outcomes.

You will be a senior operational leader, guiding organizational design, workforce planning, and risk management to advance the unit’s priorities.
