Job summary

Strategy Consulting Team (SCT) seeks a Deputy Director/Project Manager to support the DOE/NNSA NA-11 program in the Washington, DC area.

You will be SCT's principal interface with the Contracting Officer and COR, lead project personnel, manage contractual and technical requirements, and ensure quality and performance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of government program management experience, an active Q clearance, and an advanced STEM degree (MS/PhD).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience for the US Government.
• Advanced STEM degree (MS or PhD).
• Active Q clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SCT's principal interface with the Contracting Officer (CO) and COR.
• Lead project activities and ensure the successful performance of contractual requirements.
• Supervise project personnel, assign work schedules, establish and enforce performance standards.
• Provide technical and analytical support to meet project requirements and organizational objectives.
• Prepare, review, and submit all required reports, deliverables, and project documentation on schedule.
• Communicate organizational policies, mission, purpose, and goals to project personnel.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to meet objectives and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Serve as a technical advisor supporting project management and experiment execution.
