Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Deputy Director in San Francisco to share initiative-wide leadership of operations and to guide the staff in implementing Mosaic’s innovative grantmaking model. You will work with the Director and the Governance Assembly to shape strategy, grants, and learning and evaluation across programs.

The role calls for an outcomes-focused leader who can scale tools, align field partners, and develop the team, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion in a field-wide movement.

Qualifications
