• Perform desk and field audits of construction and maintenance payments to ensure compliance with City Charter, PPB Rules, and directives.
• Review prices, reimbursable costs, and contract changes for fairness and reasonableness; verify labor rates and overhead factors.
• Supervise auditors and engineers; provide guidance on audit contracts and policy development; communicate with owners, partners, and contractors.
