Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience managing, coaching, and mentoring early career staff.
• Proven track record of front-line donor prospecting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with leadership and departments.
• Experience with Salesforce and fundraising processes.
• Experience working in a nonprofit setting and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Step in for CDO when needed and serve as internal liaison with business operations.
• Advance revenue mobilization strategy and fundraising enablement.
• Support fundraising partners for strategic engagement teams and major initiatives.
• Identify and cultivate corporate and foundation donors.
• Oversee development operations, including allocations, gift processing, stewardship, and reporting.
• Deliver development training, maintain updated materials, and ensure process consistency.
• Manage development staff and oversee budgets and reimbursements.
• Oversee Salesforce and other systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
