Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of full-time paid management experience in business/public admin, development or contract negotiations, with airports-specific experience preferred.
• Experience in supervising staff, budgeting, and coordinating with multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise airport commercial development activities across multiple facilities.
• Plan, coordinate, and review work of subordinate staff to meet deadlines.
• Develop budgets and financial documents; monitor expenditures and contracts.
• Negotiate airline, land rental, concessions, and service contracts and enforce terms.
