A leading organization focused on electing Democrats seeks a Deputy Digital Candidate Fundraising Director to manage and develop digital fundraising campaigns. The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is the official national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to the U. S. House of Representatives. The DCCC recruits Democratic candidates and supports Democratic campaigns – both challengers and Democratic incumbent Members – with a variety of services including field operations, fundraising support, communications assistance, digital strategy, research support and management consulting. The DCCC is supported by the contributions of individuals and organizations, along with Democratic Members, from throughout the country. We look for talented and hard-working professionals who are committed to electing Democrats and winning the House majority.
Due to the cyclic nature of our organization, all positions are subject to separation at the end of the election cycle.
Position Summary:
The Deputy Digital Candidate Fundraising Director is responsible for the management and development of digital fundraising campaigns, alongside the Digital Candidate Fundraising Director. They will oversee the day-to-day management of digital programs of key U.S. House campaigns and work with an internal team to ensure the successful implementation of those programs, including advising on copy, segmenting and targeting. This role will work alongside campaign and firm teams to ensure candidates are optimizing revenue across all digital channels. Applicants should be creative, hardworking, and passionate about Democratic campaigns. This is not a traditional 9-5 role. Evening and weekend work will be expected from time to time.
