Job summary

The Company in the United States is seeking a Deputy CTO to partner with the CTO and lead the day-to-day operations of its global engineering organization, with authority over delivery, resilience, and budgets.

You will drive platform modernization, data governance, regulatory compliance (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2), and cross-divisional collaboration to scale high-frequency trading and asset management platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in global engineering organizations.
• Deep expertise in high-frequency trading infrastructure and crypto.
• Proven track record with regulatory frameworks (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2) is a plus.
• Experience partnering with CTO/CEO to drive strategy and execution.
