Job summary

The Company is seeking a Deputy CTO to partner with the CTO to lead the day-to-day operations of our global engineering organization. You will hold near-executive authority over engineering delivery, operational resilience, organizational health, and budget across all divisions, ensuring high-frequency trading and asset management platforms scale reliably.

Success includes unifying engineering cadence, modernizing platforms, and establishing data governance while meeting MiCA, DORA, and SOC 2

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day global engineering operations across divisions.
• Own OKRs, monthly business reviews, and delivery pipelines.
• Deputize for the CTO with the Board, ExCo, and external partners.
• Lead multi-year platform consolidation and data governance across 80+ venues and 1,400+ markets.
