Job summary

Cyberjobs is seeking a Security Director in the Oklahoma City area to align physical and technical security for facilities and personnel. The role partners with the CSO to implement security strategy for headquarters, offices, and family residences, ensuring data and facility protection.

The candidate will lead security governance, risk management, incident response, and training across the organization while coordinating with external agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; commensurate experience acceptable.
• 7-10 years of experience in security or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of technical and physical security and risk management.
• Experience with governance, risk and compliance (GRC).
• Ability to interact with law enforcement and external agencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Integrate physical and technical security with CSO oversight.
• Represent CSO in their absence and make decisions.
• Develop, implement and review security policies, standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with MAR and SOC II Type 2 obligations.
• Lead incident response and educate staff on security awareness.
