Qualifications

• 5+ years in physical security with leadership experience.
• Experience in data center, critical infrastructure, or HPC environments preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (NIST, SOC, ISO) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily physical security operations across the data center campus.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, client obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage incident response, investigations, and reporting.
• Lead contract security staff, training, and post orders.
• Conduct drills and tabletop exercises for emergency response and incidents.
• Coordinate with operations, facilities, IT, and compliance for layered defense.
