Responsibilities

• Prosecute criminal cases in justice, juvenile, and district courts.
• Review law enforcement reports and determine appropriate charges.
• Conduct legal research, analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare documents.
• Represent the State through hearings, trials, sentencing, and appeals.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and assist with warrants.
• Communicate with victims, witnesses, law enforcement, and opposing counsel.
• Participate in an off-hours rotation to assist law enforcement.
