Job summary

X-Bow Systems seeks a Deputy Construction Superintendent to lead construction activities in a high‑hazard aerospace environment. You will oversee schedules, safety compliance and reporting across development efforts while coordinating with engineers and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in supervisory roles, strong reading of drawings, and solid MS Office skills. This role involves work on sensitive manufacturing sites and ITAR considerations; U.S. person status required.

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible construction experience.
• At least 2+ years in a supervisory/foreman role in construction.
• Knowledge of commercial, industrial, and civil construction methods.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and safe practices.
• Administrative construction knowledge: daily reports, safety docs, scheduling and progress docs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedules, risks and opportunities across development efforts.
• Read and interpret Construction drawings, Specifications, and shop drawings.
• Communicate project progress, challenges and outcomes to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.
• Candidates will be working in explosive or hazardous manufacturing environments.
• U.S. Person required.
• Comply with ITAR and space technology export regulations as applicable.
