Qualifications

• AZPOST-certified law enforcement officer preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Serve civil processes including subpoenas, summonses, and writs.
• May seize property to satisfy court judgments.
• May make civil arrests as ordered by the court.
• Attend Court of the Justice of the Peace to maintain order.
• Prepare reports and affidavits for court submissions.
• Interact with Constable and Justice Court staff daily.
