Responsibilities

• Oversee management of all water and sewer repairs and maintenance within NYC.
• Develop capital budget projects for in-City water main replacement and sewer projects.
• Direct operation of water and sewer distribution systems, reservoirs and pumping stations.
• Represent the agency in meetings with external stakeholders and partners.
• Oversee digital transformation initiatives to improve workflow automation.
