Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in community engagement or government.
• Experience managing teams and leading complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOIA’s community engagement strategy, ensuring coordinated outreach across neighborhoods.
• Oversee constituent services, outreach, and neighborhood-based engagement with accountability.
• Build trusted relationships with community-based organizations and stakeholders.
• Translate community insights into actionable recommendations for agency leadership.
