Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Urban Planning or related field with five years of managerial or project management experience.
• Master's degree preferred in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Urban Planning or related field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the administration of financial incentives and supervise underwriting and monitoring teams.
• Lead and coordinate application reviews, financial due diligence, and contract negotiations.
• Facilitate Community Development Commission and TIF Investment Committee meetings.
• Represent the Department at City Council and oversee program operations and reporting.
