Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible fire service experience.
• At least four (4) years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Must reside within 15 miles of Farmington City Limits and be able to respond after hours.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise fire suppression, rescue, EMS, hazmat, and special operations units.
• Oversee incident command operations and serve as Incident Commander when required.
• Assist Fire Chief in strategic planning, reporting, and policy development.
• Develop training and readiness programs to ensure certifications and competencies.
