Delaware Department of Justice, Civil Division, Public Safety Unit, seeks a Deputy Attorney General to represent the Delaware State Police. The DAG will advise the Firearms Unit on FTAP, P2P, and new licensing requirements for Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders, and support DSP in fiscal and information technology matters.

The DAG will also work collaboratively with other DSP DAGs to provide advice and representation to DSP internal affairs and trial boards, with additional duties possibly

Qualificações

• Bar admission in Delaware.
• Ability to work with state agencies and provide proactive legal counsel.
• Willingness to travel within the state as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Advise Delaware State Police Firearms Unit on FTAP, P2P, and licensing.
• Provide counsel on contracts, procurement, and information technology matters for DSP.
• Collaborate with other DAGs to advise internal affairs and trial boards.
