Responsibilities

• Advise Delaware State Police Firearms Unit and other DSP units on legal matters including FTAP, P2P, and licensing for FFL holders.
• Draft and review contracts, MOUs, and procurement documents; provide counsel on fiscal and IT matters.
• Collaborate with other DSP DAGs to support internal affairs and trial boards.
