Qualifications

• Experience communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal & external stakeholders; ability to persuade, present, and defend programs; prepare and execute briefings to senior leaders.
• Experience with the principles of program and project management oversight, including scheduling, coordination, and execution.
• Experience managing and directing major programs, preferably in transportation.

Responsibilities

• Direct complex national transit programs, resource allocation, and program and project management nationwide.
• Serve as a recognized technical authority on federal transit legislation, interpreting statutes and formulating nationwide program guidance.
• Manage human and physical resources, evaluating performance, and guiding subordinate supervisors.
