Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary staff in development, integration, and test of high performance navigation systems.
• Plan, staff, and execute programs ensuring staffing and tasking at all times.
• Recruit, retain, and define performance expectations for department staff.
• Develop and utilize department resources; mentor and advance staff.
• Manage performance reviews, collaboration across units, and program execution.
• Prepare and manage department budgets and proposals; support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with program management, sponsors, and stakeholders.
