Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CompTIA A+ and OEM certifications preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing devices is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a depot repair team and manage attendance and escalations.
• Monitor ticket flow, SLAs, and repair activity via ServiceNow.
• Oversee order processing and inventory using Oracle.
• Collaborate with Administrative Team on daily operations.
• Lead talent acquisition activities including onboarding.
• Manage compensation and performance processes.
