The role requires hands-on leadership, self-motivation, and a willingness to commute daily. A Full UK driving licence is essential, with a competitive package including bonus, pension and company car.

Qualifications

• Previous operations management experience of a similar sized business unit/site.
• Experience of running Plant, Telehandler, Powered Access, Lifting or similar Equipment Rental depot.
• Hands on and strong people manager is a pre-requisite.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the depot and its operations.
• Manage a team of 22 and ensure health and safety, recruitment and transport processes.
• Report to National Operations Manager and drive performance.
