Hi Vis Hire is seeking a Depot Manager for the Uxbridge depot to oversee sales and operations, lead a team of 10, and drive performance in the temporary power solutions sector.

You will foster a positive work culture, provide training and development, and ensure exceptional service delivery to events and rental projects. A result‑driven leader with strong people skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial/supervisory experience within a rental business.
• Driven and commercially astute.
• Excellent people management and motivational skills.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• IT literate and proficient with basic software.

The Uxbridge depot has a strong focus on providing temporary power to the events sector, so experience in that field would be great.
