Job summary

Goldman Sachs in Dallas is seeking a Deposits Process & Controls Associate to strengthen the Private Bank's deposits operating model by enhancing governance, risk management, and controls. This role focuses on delivering scalable procedures that support growth while maintaining compliance across regions and product lines.

This hands-on position partners with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Audit teams to drive efficiency, governance, and timely remediation of issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Private Banking Operations or related risk/control roles.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, controls, and process management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify process, risk, and control gaps across the Deposits business.
• Support RCSA activities, issues management, and regulatory initiatives.
• Develop and maintain controls, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor and report on risk, control, and remediation activities.
