Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data and analytics, finance, pricing, treasury, or a related field.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one analytics tool (SAS, Python, or Alteryx).
• Demonstrated ability to query large-scale datasets to solve complex problems.
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, strategic analytics to determine impacts of potential pricing actions with a specific focus on CDs and elasticity testing
• Establish yourself as the firmwide subject-matter expert on CD data, serving as the go-to resource for all CD-related questions and support
• Translate analytical results into clear, compelling visual narratives and present regularly to senior leadership
• Use transaction data to gauge the impact from yield-seeking behavior and macroeconomic trends on deposit balances
• Closely partner with pricing strategy leads as well as finance, branch network, marketing, risk, and product partners
• Develop interactive, automated dashboards that allow partners to quickly self-serve data
• Stay informed of competitors' changes to deposit products and pricing structures as well as broader economic trends that impact pricing strategy
